They are punctual in everything. They have new and air-conditioned cars from the border crossing to the hotel and vice versa. They wait for you on time. The hotels and service are excellent. The representative waits for you at the hotel and stays with you throughout the trip. Most importantly, there is more than one representative in each hotel. Honestly, You feel like you’re at home with this company.
